Stamp Duty Calculators

We have included calculators to assist you in ascertaining the cost and repayments of your purchase or refinance. Mortgage stamp duty is exempt on owner occupied properties and for an investment is currently only payable in South Australia.  Purchase stamp duty and registration fees vary in all States of Australia.  There are other fees and charges to consider e.g. for purchase: conveyancing/solicitors fees, valuation fees, adjustment of rates and taxes and for refinance: discharge costs.  Although you may use these calculators as a guide it may be advisable to ask us for an estimation of your costs.

This will enable you to check your payments after inserting the interest rate from our Loan Products. To compare the chosen loan with your current loan and how much you will save you will need to insert your current interest rate. However there are many ways to reduce the term of your loan or save large amounts of money on your loan and we suggest you contact us by filling out the enquiry form for a comprehensive report.

Whilst all care is taken to update the calculators they are to be used as a guide only and this is not to be construed as an offer for finance. The full details of your loan and repayments will be made forwarded to you in the loan offer for you to check fully before acceptance.
